I was taken by this view of the Ouseburn after finishing up from “the late show”. The view is pointing towards the toffee factory just down from the brinkburnstbrewery and what struck me most was the chimney which was lit in this glorious magenta light. It was such a peaceful scene and I thought I would take the inspiration from the impressionists. After visiting the musee d'orsay in Paris I was absorbed by them. Framed oil on board 40cm x 890cm
