This is my latest painting for sale and is slightly off piste from my usual work. I created it after a walk along the sea front where I live. We were in the middle of another lockdown and winter was taking its tole. But throughout all of this people could still go for a walk and enjoy what little human interaction was available. The muted colours and the two figures  walking on the beach summed up my feelings. It wasnt sadness or anything like that it was an appreciation of what we have in its simplest of forms and if you have friends or family to talk to you can never be alone. I Have framed this in a dark grey driftwood effect inkeeping with the subject matter. Oil on Board 800mm x 460mm
